Garmin has recently introduced its newest smartwatch, the Lily 2 Active, which stands out as the company’s smallest model featuring built-in GPS functionality. The smartwatch boasts an impressive battery life of nine days without GPS usage and nine hours in GPS mode.
This elegant timepiece, designed with two buttons, includes a display that activates with a simple tap or wrist rotation. Users can easily select activities or toggle screens using these buttons. In line with contemporary smartwatch features, the Lily 2 Active excels in sleep tracking, offering insights to enhance sleep quality while monitoring heart rate, sleep stages, stress, and respiration. Moreover, it integrates a Body Battery feature that allows users to assess their energy levels.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the ability to download various workout routines, including strength training, yoga, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which can be displayed directly on the watch’s screen, ensuring adherence to the planned workout regimen.
One of the standout features is the morning report, which provides users with comprehensive data, including sleep insights and “women’s health tracking.” This functionality allows users to track menstrual cycles and pregnancies seamlessly.
